Patch 2.16 is here! This update is mainly focused on making it easier to find matches and connect to other players with the addition of dedicated servers. There are also some smaller improvements, a workshop update, bug fixes, and more!

GAMEPLAY

• Dedicated Servers: Dedicated servers are now available to help players find matches and provide a more reliable connection. As a solo player it could be hard to find a match at less populated times, so hopefully this will help. I will keep one running for now. If you are interested in hosting one (linux and windows), please contact me on Discord!
• Server Punchthrough Improvements: Improved connections between players, including better handling of incompatible NAT types. NAT issues aren't completely gone, but connections should be more reliable overall.
• Workshop Update: Added models, custom layer support, and more: https://github.com/gupagames/bean-battles-map-editor/releases/tag/v1.01
• Small FPS optimizations.

• Fixed a bug with stages.
• Fixed an issue where cameras and UI could freeze.

• Fixed a Linux issue where Steam was loading the wrong plugin.
• Tournament UI improvements.
• Other small fixes.
